Volvo “Naughty” S60 2011 With Safety Features

Volvo India has just launched the “Naughty” S60 in India and while the premium sedan is a treat to ogle at, it is also one of the safest sedans in the Indian car market. With that, the car has almost everything, from looks to performance to safety. Volvo has installed almost all the safety features available in the autoworld till date, in their new sedan.

To start with, you have the Pedestrian Detection System with full auto brakes.It detects the pedestrians in front of the car, warns the driver and applies brakes automatically if the driver does not respond to the warning. Then comes the Advanced Stability Control. It has a roll angle sensor which avoids the skidding at a very early stage.

It also boasts of some other important features such as Engine Drag Control and Cornering Torque Control. Then, the Adaptive Cruise Control which allows you to maintain a safe distance with the vehicle in the front. With just a click, you can have the cruise control switched on for 0- 200 kmph.

Plus you get the Active Bending Lights that will help you see around the bend, Dynamic Stability and Traction Control to keep you planted on the road at all times, Ready Alert Brakes, Hydraulic Brake Assist, ABS with electronic brake force distribution.
